Strategic Aptitude Acquisition Specialist This purpose of this position is crucial in determining, implementing efficient and effective talent management strategies with quality candidates and consistently executing the full cycle of recruitment at BD Electronics Ltd. in Malta, (from job requisition to employee hire and through on-boarding period) on a practical level. This position will be pivotal in advancing recruitment analytics, forecasting seasonal skills demand, and maintaining balance of information flow when changes impact virtual and on-site employees, vendors and clients in Asia. REQUIREMENTS • A bachelor in Business Management or Human Resources is mandatory, while further studies will also be embraced. • The applicant must be fluent in English and one of either Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese. • Knowledge of Asian culture is mandatory. • Additional European/Asian languages will be advantageous. • Experience in HR and Office management is required. • The applicant must have at least 3 years of studying or experience living in Asia. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and Bitrix software. • Good interpersonal skills, a “people person” with the ability of public communicating, conducting interview and reasonably evaluating candidates. • Working independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. • Strong sense of urgency and process management skills. • A professional manner at all times. • Multi-tasking and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the recruiting and hiring procedure in assigned regional/business area; designing and implementing appropriate strategies. • Maintain and update the relevant database on the BITRIX platform. • Use data analytics to forecast changing demands in skills and virtual work. • Partner closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to understand business priorities, hiring volumes, progress against customer deliverables, new initiatives, and the implications for talent acquisition. • Tailor job descriptions and job specifications in accordance with the hiring needs. • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule. • Evaluate candidates’ competencies and abilities concerning the understanding of Asian cultures/ working with Asian clients and vendors. • Ensure a positive employee experience for BD Electronics’ applicants, even if working virtually • Ensure employee compliance with BD Electronics’ policies and procedures • Summarize and present recruiting and hiring challenges with strategized solutions to implement regarding assigned area.
