Chef de Partie (Gozo) APPLY NOW - ***/jobs/chef-de-partie-10/ The Chef the Partie works under the general guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef/Sous Chef and is responsible for a restaurant or area of the kitchen while producing and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation required by Kempinski. Key Responsibilities include: - To support in co-ordinating all kitchen activities and Chefs and ensuring that the team is productive and efficient - To ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes - To control the quality of the product and report any discrepancies to the Chef in charge in order to ensure consistent freshness and quality - To continuously maximise the quality and presentation of dishes - To monitor food and operating costs and control these by reducing waste - To assist the Executive Chef with training and development activities and conduct on-the-job training as necessary - To prepare and cook the food in accordance with the standards and specifications laid out by the Executive Chef Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Catering School experience - Minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar position - People management skills - Experience in the luxury hotel sector - Eligibility to work in European Union is a MUST APPLY NOW - ***/jobs/chef-de-partie-10/ [Please Login To See Hidden Content]
