Customer Care Professional


We are looking for a positive person with a strong character to join our AtoZ Customer Care team. The ideal candidate for the job has excellent written and spoken English and Maltese, as well as great verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: - Answering incoming phone calls, live chats and emails - Treating both internal and external customers with respect and diligence - Offering after-sales support to customers and resolving service issues - Taking care of customer’s complaints and offering them the best solution - Following up with the complaints until the customer is fully satisfied - Answering customer’s questions and inquiries - Directing customers to our online resources - Assist with any other general administrative and clerical duties Skills: - Previous customer care experience would be considered an asset - The ability to work in a team is required - Rudimentary computer literacy is a must - Resourceful and analytical when issues occur - Exceptional organisational and time management skills - The ability to separate and prioritise tasks accordingly Benefits: - Bonuses at the end of the month - Continuous training - Employee discounts - Employee referral scheme - Competitive base income Applicants having a technical background or experience, repairing home appliances, will be given preference.
